I had a fantastic treatment today with Lauren, She gave me a bamboo massage combined with an Indian head massage, and it was incredibly relaxing while also easing a lot of tension. Lauren made me feel completely at ease and tailored everything perfectly. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better overall. Highly recommend!

Great experience yet again. The sauna is always pre-heated when you arrive so it's lovely and toasty. It is helping with pain and discomfort and pain in my leg massively so I'm booked in for a couple more sessions. I've taken advantage of the great deals that are on. Thank you x

Anita always has magick in her room and treatments. I do love she keeps you upto date woth wellness so having a gorgeous cup of valarian after my treatment was very much needed! And no Anita I won’t leave it so long next time. Thank you so much I slept like a log!
