I had a fantastic treatment today with Lauren, She gave me a bamboo massage combined with an Indian head massage, and it was incredibly relaxing while also easing a lot of tension. Lauren made me feel completely at ease and tailored everything perfectly. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better overall. Highly recommend!

I had a full body massage with Anita and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed as soon as I laid on the couch. The pressure was amazing, and today I feel refreshed and can tell I’ve had a good massage without feeling bruised! Anita focused on my problem area which is my back whilst also giving a fantastic treatment to the rest of my body! The smoothie after was a lovely touch and I defo need the recipe! Thanks so much!

Great experience yet again. The sauna is always pre-heated when you arrive so it's lovely and toasty. It is helping with pain and discomfort and pain in my leg massively so I'm booked in for a couple more sessions. I've taken advantage of the great deals that are on. Thank you x

Beautiful salon and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a very relaxing facial with Oanna. She was very professional and explained everything throughout the treatment. I shall definitely be returning .

A very clean environnent. The sauna is first class. Great heat output, which you are able to control. You can also put some tunes on whilst relaxing. High recommended.

I loved my Menopause Massage . Such a beautiful , relaxing treatment . Pressure was perfect and Lauren understood my needs completely. I could barely peel myself up off the couch when it was finished . I was so relaxed and chilled. The treatment room was lovely and cosy with relaxing tranquil music playing in back ground. I had the best night sleep afterwards too . Thank you Lauren, I will definitely be booking in for another one soon x

I always look forward to my IR sauna at RFW it’s not only for it’s purpose of detoxication which you can see and feel at the time but an overall commitment to a program is fantastic for the mind which I find very motivating towards my goal of achieving and maintaining good levels of self care. Another incredible massage by Zoë today. I could completely switch off from the pressures and stresses of the day. Zoë is very welcoming, warm person who makes me feel instantly at ease. Zoë cares about the whole experience from start to end: room has dimmed warm lights creating relaxing atmosphere, the scents Zoë uses are amazing and the massage itself felt so good. Background music is very relaxing. The massage from Zoë did not feel just a nice thing to have but a true neccessity to support wellbeing and mental balance. Zoë's massage is truly and highly recommended.
