She was absolutely great and a wealth of information about what we are doing on the day and post massage, an aftercare run through. I have been to Lisa for massage and facial throughout both pregnancies and in between! I would not go anywhere else. In my opinion, these are the best treatments I have had. I would love to have a facial and massage from her everyday if I could! I can't recommend her enough!!!

I’ve been seeing Niamh for regular massages for almost a year now, and the difference it has made in my life is incredible. The chronic shoulder pain I used to suffer from has nearly disappeared. While the knots in my shoulders haven’t completely gone, I no longer feel the same level of tension I once did. I always feel like I’m floating on a cloud when I leave — completely relaxed and recharged. Niamh clearly cares deeply about her work and the services she offers, and that passion really shines through in every session. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
