I have had three or four massages from Fern now and I am never disappointed 🙌🏼 From start to finish Fern makes me feel relaxed and she takes time to ask about any areas of your body that you would like her to pay particular attention too. The Swedish massage is devine. Both times I had were so relaxing and Indy was focused on my problematic area particularly and after each massage, I felt so much better. Definitely this spa is my favourite place in South London.

Michael has been excellent over the last ten weeks providing excellent massages in preparation for London Marathon, has sorted out any niggles or pain very quickly. Highly recommended and will use him for many years to come, a 10/10 service.

I have had problems with my shoulder and neck for years which resulted in terrible headaches and joint pain. I'm not keen on taking medications and regular massage never helped the problem. Melvyn was fantastic in making an assessment and talking me through the treatment process. My shoulder is much better and my joints overall feel more relaxed and the best news is no more headaches. After six weeks of intense workouts, I treated myself to a spa package at Indys—and it was absolutely amazing. From the massage to the ambience, everything felt so relaxing and beautifully done. She worked wonders on my sore muscles, and by the time I left, I felt like I was walking on clouds. Coming definitely again!

Nuch was really good. I cannot say it wasn’t painful but at the end I’m much more relaxed than a traditional relaxing massage. Definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed my full body massage. Henry is really good at using different levels of pressure. I have a lot of knots, which can be painful, but Henry adjusted the pressure in such a way that it was less painful but still worked on repairing the muscle. The pain in my lower back also improved lots after this sports massage. Thanks and I will definitely book a session again.
