Had a back, neck, and shoulder sports massage with Flo and it was amazing. She’s so lovely and easy to talk to. The massage was just incredible and worked wonders. I left feeling so much better – highly recommend!

Highly recommend, Flo was very welcoming and friendly and enjoyed my sports massage.

I have been going to Flo for massage for a while. The experience is always good. She puts you at ease and checks that you are comfortable during the massage. The massage has helped enormously with the problem and Iam looking forward to building on that to improve my strength.

I have regular sports massages with Flo to help stay injury free for running. I always feel great after a massage and since working with Flo I've definitely seen a reduction in injuries and niggles, and when they do occur she knows exactly how to target them to help nip them in the bud (looking at you IT Band). She's also super friendly and will make you feel really relaxed and comfortable in the session. All in all a great service and very good value!

Flo is friendly and professional and instantly put me at ease. She clearly knows what she is doing, was thorough in her assessment and I left feeling like I was back in my own body. Flo has a lovely manner and chatted to me throughout the treatment, completely distracting me from any discomfort.
