From the moment I lay back in the reclining massage chair, I felt completely relaxed. The ambience and décor are calming and beautifully thought out, creating the perfect setting to unwind. Sky was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire experience. The head and neck massages were wonderfully relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Absolutely outstanding session with Jasmine at Serene Body Therapy. From the moment you walk in, everything is immaculately clean, calm, and professional. I had an incredible deep tissue massage and can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist (Jasmine) was professional, knowledgeable, and really listened to where I was holding tension. They applied firm, consistent pressure and worked deeply into my shoulders and upper back without it feeling rushed or overwhelming. I walked in feeling tight and sore, and walked out feeling looser, lighter, and noticeably more mobile. I have been to Serene Body Therapy about 12months ago for a full body deep tissue massage. It was fantastic and just what I needed at the time. I have just had another massage today although not as extensive, mostly working on my upper back between my shoulders. Wow, what magic hands does Jasmine have. She listened when I asked her to take it easy in places I have arthritis, and was gently persistent where it mattered. This wasn't a massage for relaxation on my part, it was to help overcome some muscle soreness from my work environment. I'm already booking a return visit in. Thank you Jasmine.
