I had an incredible deep tissue massage and can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist (Jasmine) was professional, knowledgeable, and really listened to where I was holding tension. They applied firm, consistent pressure and worked deeply into my shoulders and upper back without it feeling rushed or overwhelming. I walked in feeling tight and sore, and walked out feeling looser, lighter, and noticeably more mobile.
