I went in for last minute booking due to sore shoulders and neck. I wasn't expecting much, but what a surprise when I walked out shoulders and neck were as good as new. The masseuse was really good, one of the best I have ever had. That means a lot for me 3 spinal surgeries and 5 shoulder surgeries I have had many massages over the years. And the ginger honey tea that was waiting after the massage was beautiful. Thanks heaps.

I absolutely loved my visit to The Retreat Head Spa and Massage! It was such a lovely birthday treat for myself, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole vibe was so calming and relaxing. I felt completely refreshed afterwards. Me and my two friends booked the trio session and we all loved it! It was the perfect way to unwind and treat ourselves. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back and enjoy the full experience all over again! 💆‍♀️✨

Yuka is amazing!!! I woke up barely able to move my head this morning because my neck was all seized up. I didn’t have high hopes because this has happened before and it usually takes several massages and dry needling and stretching for a week to feel better. I just need a tiny bit of relief so I was so happy there was a last minute booking. After my 1 hr massage with Yuka I feel like a new person!!!! I’m amazed and so so grateful. I will definitely be back.

We booked the premium experience and were not disappointed! I started with my massage which was amazing and then moved into the head spa room. The sensation of the waterfall tap and the dreamy smell of the products was a sensory utopia! You even get a décolletage and arm massage! My scalp felt clean and my hair was soft and shiny! Will definitely visit again and recommend this to everyone!

OLLY is a male practitioner if that is important to you. He was completely professional in every way. I was expecting a serene and relaxed massage but it was more Thai and therapeutic in nature. I had dry needling with electrodes in the end due to the tightness of some of my muscles. What was really great though was that OLLY explained what he was doing and what to expect all the way along. I thought he was excellent. Highly recommend him to others.
