Kristy was great and did a great job but I originally booked in for the ultimate eye package (brow facial + lash lift and tint) thinking it included an eyebrow shape and tint/stain which it doesn’t, so paid for eyebrows and eyelashes separately, Came to same price as package but didn’t include the brow scrub, mask, massage and oil treatment - need to make what is included in pricing clearer!

Love the new place. Staff are lovely. Carly did a professional job and will not hesitate to return to their premises at Smithfield. Cheers 😊

Touriya was absolutely incredible! I booked in for some waxing including eyebrows. My brows have never looked better, and she got them done so quickly and efficiently. Barely noticed any discomfort and we had such wonderful conversations throughout. I felt so comfortable and really enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone and would love to come back again!
