Felt really relaxed after my 1 hour Remedial Massage, ironed out all the kinks, could have dozed off if I was at home.

I have used this clinic for 10 years, at least. The staff have always been so friendly, comfortable and well trained. Great infra red sauna. Highly recommend this place. Please open one up in Canberra or Wagga...I have moved down there and we lack quality colonic services....I wait until I'm in Brisbane.

Heavenly. The massage/facial combo is perfection. The pregnancy pillow was incredible and foot polish just topped off an amazing experience. The therapist was awesome, so attentive and accommodating. 1000% recommended for anyone but it's a life hack for pregnancy.

I felt reassured as this was my first time. She explained everything so well, in a calm and relaxing manner which put me at ease. There were some uncomfortable sensations during some techniques but these were explained beforehand and adjusted to my tolerance levels.

Hi, would like to say what a wonderful experience i had at A1 last friday. Very relaxing and welcoming throughout. I had had a colonoscopy 2 days prior ( meaning chemically cleaned out) one thinks. My colonic was amazing, showing just how much more of an impact a colonic has over the products we can buy off supermarket shelves to supposedly rid our colons of waste. Liver flushes being a major example. The release of these toxins along with matter and mucous with a colonic have far better health impacts, Mainstream medical products do not do this.
