I had an excellent appointment at the Essence of Beauty Salon. The staff and services were very professional. Kiran was my stylist, and I am very happy with my hair style and overall experience. I live in Houston, TX and I'm in Charleston visiting my brother. I will return to the salon when I'm in town during future visits.

My daughter wanted a look for prom that other salons said was not possible with my daughter's hair type but not y'all! The staff was very pleasant. The young lady that washed my hair almost put me to sleep with her light hands, lol. The on to Kiron or Kiran to blowdry & crotchet. Another gentle hand. I say this because I'm very tender headed & am leery about new people touching my hair. The experience was a pleasant one. I will definitely recommend.

I love going to the Essence of Beauty. Kamani did my niece hair today and she was scared that it would hurt, but Kamani made her feel very comfortable and assured her that it wouldn't hurt. Kamani thank you so very much and we all love her hair. My niece now wants to comeback and get her hair done by Kamani, because she had such an amazing experience. I get my hair done by Ms Tonya and I love her dearly I enjoy going to her shop the ppl there are welcoming the atmosphere is very relaxing. Essence of Beauty keep doing what you all are doing it's a great place to come and get your beauty needs.

Still slayed my hair while in crazy hair conditions. Her hands are definitely one of her great talents. Hair turned out perfect also matched my hair color to the T. 10/10 recommend she gonna give you exactly what you want!!! I will be back again.
