This was my first visit to P&J Palmer and I'm delighted with my haircut. Paul took the time to discuss what I wanted and then delivered it perfectly. With a friendly, caring 1:1 service that I haven't found at other hairdressers, the whole experience was excellent. Beth is absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ve been both blonde and brunette and every look she creates makes me feel confident and beautiful. She uses only premium products and my hair always feels incredible after each visit. Beth isn’t just a talented hairdresser, she’s a therapist too! I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

We took our nearly 2 year old boy for his first haircut and Abid was absolutely great with him, got him comfortable with all the tools before cutting his hair and playing with him to keep him happy, a great experience and great haircut! Fantastic hairdresser who offers a friendly and professional consultative service. It was very refreshing to have a consultation before my first hair appointment and I truly felt that Paul really listened to me telling him about my hair & its needs, my routine and expectations. I was then able to easily book my appointment at a suitable time. Paul gave me a fantastic hair cut that is very manageable and looks great. Claire is a hairdresser that actually listens to her client, also advises her client to achieve the perfect haircut. Good consultation before hand. I'm pretty particular about my hair and after my hairdresser of 15 years changing jobs, I've struggled to find somewhere I feel comfortable. I explained to Megan at the start about my previous cuts & experiences, and that this was my first curly cut. I felt heard when I explained my curly pattern, understood and trusted when I asked for a disconnected cut with plenty of length taken off, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person! Best hairdresser I’ve ever had!

Megan is the best! I’ve been going to her for 19 years. The only hairdresser who can do a proper blow dry in the whole of Ribble Valley/Blackburn/East Lancs

This was my first appointment & I had an amazing experience today, my hair needed a colour correction (not originally done by Clare or anyone at Lucie King) and Clare reassured me that she would do all she could to make me feel confident in my hair again. Clare mentioned it might need to be a process but the result I have had today, I couldn’t be happier. My hair looks unbelievable, I absolutely love it and I feel like me again. I was quite nervous going somewhere new but Clare was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. Best cut I've ever had and I've been to some top stylist in Manchester. Clare was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She gave advice on how to style and look after my hair. I will definitely be booking with Clare again.
