Claudia has been great since finding her last year. She has done a great job with my hair color and because of this I trust her with her recommendations. It was somewhat disappointing to learn from her that the store and other chains no longer play music in the salons. I will continue to book with Claudia without hesitation and I will be equipped with my own entertainment.

I had the best experience at Koha Salon with Molly! She instantly made me feel so comfortable, like we’d been friends for years. She really listened and knew exactly how to interpret what I wanted and I absolutely love how my hair turned out. Thank you, Molly, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. My hair turned out amazing, absolutely loved the styling and the cut is the perfect length and thickness. It's so wonderful to be properly heard by a salon team! Price was super reasonable too, have spent waaaay more in the past for lesser results. Found my regular salon!

My mum and I got our hair done together and the girls were just lovely. So professional and experts at their job but also made us feel welcome. The salon itself invokes a homely feel, I really enjoyed my experience, I think we'll be back.

Absolutely love, love, love my hair! The service received today was above my expectations. I’m reluctant to recommend my stylist as I want to keep her all to myself and not let anyone book her up from me, but that would be selfish and unfair as she goes above and beyond.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon today! The atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing—perfect for unwinding. Bav and her staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease right away. I had my haircut done by Bav, who suggested a style that suits me beautifully. I'm absolutely thrilled with the result, especially the blow-dry with soft curls—it turned out very nice. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

I was recently treated to a hair wash, blow dry and straighten along with a toner/treatment @ Kona salon in Springfield. To be honest I did not know they were there! I was surprised and most impressed with the Salon -and the staff were friendly too! I was interested to hear they open early morning and late evenings which would suit me with my busy schedule. Thank you Koha salon. I will be back :)

I found Epoch Hair on Google after not being able to secure an appointment at my regular salon. The service was amazing and I could not be happier with my hair. The stylists really take the time to walk through a consultation and give excellent advice for future options and after care. Let’s just say this is my go-to salon from now on!
