Lan found the source of pain and also some I didn't know about. Had my first full night and pain free sleep for months. Maybe this will encourage me to follow the exercise/treatment plan to keep it that way

Lan is so knowledgeable and can identify areas that need worked on. After each appointment I have more movement in my neck which eases the headaches. I highly recommend making an appointment with Lan.

Lan is understanding and accommodating. While she was working on my c section scar my 3mth old decided he was needing a mummy cuddle. Not an issue for Lan, I got my baby settled on me and she continued working without any hassle or awkwardness.
