I had a follow up appointment with Pete Simpson who is a spine specialist physio this guy is amazing his knowledge of the spinal anatomy is unbelievable he certainly knows what he is talking about, from entering the room he just makes you feel welcome and comfortable he takes the time to really listen to your issues and explains everything in good detail. Pete has to be hands down one of the best consultants I’ve ever seen not just for my spinal issue just in general he has a really nice friendly demeanour about him

I have been regularly attending Sophie and her team for a while now after complications relating to knee surgery. My care has been excellent,second to none. I have had hundreds of massages in my life and Liam is certainly one of the best. He really listens to what the issue is and responds in the best way for the client. He makes you feel at ease and I would absolutely recommend him.

Third time visiting, first one I tried cupping on my back and it felt so great afterwards I went back for the same treatment. This time I went for legs and back as I’m training for GNR. Liam concentrated mainly on the legs (which were super tight). Had to grit my teeth when he was working on my quads but again feel absolutely amazing afterwards. Highly recommend Liam.

Sophie listens to what is going on for you, not just physically but also emotionally, without hesitation at my last appointment she did some acupuncture to help my stress levels alongside my usual massage. With lots of previous injuries she helps to keep me moving with her magic hands.

I went to see Sophie Lamb regarding my left knee which I have injured whilst playing Sport. Sophie took the time at the beginning of the appointment to find out what my injury was and to explain the sports injury therapy that would be carried out. My left knee feels great now and I am ultimately injury free. I would highly recommend Sophie for sports injury therapy, Sophie is a true professional who is a master of her work. Sophie provided me with advice and guidance post treatment and I have found this beneficial carrying out these exercises in the gym. An excellent service provided 😀
