This was my first time getting sugaring done, and she made the experience so much better than I expected. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Even though I was nervous, she helped put me at ease and made the process not so bad at all. Being Korean, I have high standards for skincare, and I'll be honest — I've left other clinics feeling underwhelmed. This was a completely different experience. She patiently explained each step, made the exfoliation totally comfortable (no pain at all!), and carried out the whole treatment with impressive skill and professionalism.
