Highly Recommend! I had back and shoulder pain for months, but after a session at Better Wellness, I felt so much better. The therapist was professional and caring. The treatment was really effective. I’ll definitely come again!

Went back for another facial gua sha session today, and it was just as wonderful as the other sessions . The therapist (LV) was patient and highly skilled, making the entire experience so relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, with my face looking more lifted and less tense. Thank you for another excellent session!

Josh was very attentive, positive and accurate in his overall therapy treatment. So patient and drilled into every issue that he encountered and try to solve it there and then. He was very specific and explained in detail during treatment.

Alison Eh, the physiotherapist was an expert and definitely knows her stuff. She’s very different with the typical approach of physio, her methods work for some reason.

I work long hours at the desk, and my neck has always felt tight and locked. TCM places I’ve visited usually jump straight into cupping or prescribe meds. Here, Zhi Guang took time to assess everything before starting the manual therapy. Felt safe, detailed, and the relief was immediate. Not the painful pushing I was used to — more like firm, controlled work. Highly recommend for office workers like me.

Finally, a place that actually fixed my shoulder.I’ve tried multiple massage places and tuina joints for my frozen shoulder, but it always came back. What Physician Hu did was different — he pinpointed the root cause and released something deep inside my shoulder blade I didn’t even know was stuck. It’s not just massage — it's real therapy. I could move my arm without pain after one session. No bruises, no weird cupping. Just hands-on relief.👍👍👍
