ArtPM is the cutest, cleanest, nicest, and best permanent makeup/tattoo spot I have ever visited (and I have 11 tattoos and permanent brows and eyeliner). They always make sure to take their time and do it right and to your liking. The girls that work there are friendly and incredibly helpful and I love supporting a woman-owned small business. I cannot recommend ArtPM enough.

Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Diana did a great job on my eyebrows using the microblading technique, which she masters perfectly. She took the time to do all the measurements, to explain everything to me; she was very attentive to my comments and took the time needed to ensure that the result was perfect. I recommend that you put your trust in her.

As always the service was great and has always been good which is why I return. However, I just want to say, when you are being serviced and your technician and fellow employees are speaking in their native tongue (which you can't understand) and they are laughing it becomes an uncomfortable environment for the client.

I had a great experience with eyebrow lamination and facial hair removal here. My brows turned out beautifully full, fluffy, and perfectly shaped without looking overdone. The technician really took the time to understand the look I wanted and executed it flawlessly. I also had chin and upper lip hair removal done, and it was quick, gentle, and very precise. The process was much more comfortable than I expected, and my skin felt smooth with minimal irritation afterward. Overall, the service was professional, clean, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Diana.

Always a great experience with Amanda! Some folks might say that getting a brazilian can be awkward or uncomfortable, but Amanda makes every appointment so comfortable.
