The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I recently had the lip blush done.I was a little nervous as never had a tattoo or anything. As always Eve was really helpful and explained the whole process. She is always very professional and makes sure you know what's being done each step of the way. Numbing gel was applied to my lips but I thought it still may be painful. It was absolutely fine, just felt like a small scratch in places.It then just felt like chapped lips.All of the aftercare was explained and a little aftercare pack given. I absolutely love the end result. It's been 48 hours now, colour still great,feels like dry lips

Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

I have had numerous fantastic treatments with lovely Michael, Jazmin and Rachael, Today i had my regular hydrafacial with Michael, this is the best facial I have ever had. My skin is plump, hydrated, clear and glowing. I rarely feel the need to wear makeup now. Which is nothing short of miraculous as I so was self conscious of my skin. Painful but worth it, give me a lot of confidence after treatment. Nice ladies who work there, although Chloe does inflict a lot of pain😁😁, worth every penny.

RKC is an extremely well presented salon receiving you with a warm welcome. There is parking available on the front and nearby streets., card or PayByPhone app. The treatment i had is the RF Body, Cellulite Reduction, Body Sculpting, Legs and Bum, which is very effective as a support to a healthy diet and hydration. Higly recommended
