This was my first time meeting Susan and also my first experience of semi permanent makeup so was a bit nervous. Susan was amazing, she explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. Matched my colour straight away and the result was amazing. We had some good chat during the process which made it so much better. Can't wait to go back for my 4 week top up.

Booked to get semi permanent eyebrows done. I am a woose when it comes to needles but Susan made me feel relaxed. Has been very clear If I wanted them darker or bigger she would change until I was happy . Would definitely recommend. Both myself and my mum have been.

I went for a top up appt however the original work hadn't taken as well as expected. Susan was great explained what the problem could be and redid the work despite my appt only timed for a top up. Great work thanks Susan

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Heather is very knowledgeable and puts you completely at ease.

2 week review today and I am so happy with the results . Heather is amazing !! Also loving her own range of products . My favourites are her tanning drops and facial cleanser .
