My appointment today was for eyelash infills with Lydia. I travel from Accrington as Lydia did my wedding makeup in 2022 and she is definitely a perfectionist and I will continue booking in with Lydia. My lashes look natural but a lot fuller and I get lots of compliments on them. Lydia always makes my visits personal, catching up since my last appointment. She’s one in a million and a real asset to Brookside Beauty Salon. Thank you xx

I have my lashes done by Bethany. This has to be the best experience I have ever had getting my lashes filled. Bethany is so thorough and prides herself when she is infilling my lashes. She is really professional and always gives me a 5 star experience. Will definitely not be changing my therapist. Thankyou

I arrived late and knew it must’ve thrown off her rhythm, which I hate—but Mel was lovely, welcoming me with warmth and ease. As always, she delivered an extraordinary colour—vibrant, personal, never generic. Mel doesn’t just do hair; she reads the soul and paints it in strands. I left feeling radiant and seen.

I was running late and felt awful, but Beth was absolutely wonderful—calm, kind, and grounding. Her gentle touch soothed me instantly, and the results are brilliant. My eyes feel like they’ve been softly blessed. From now on, only Beth is doing my eyes. She’s a quiet magician of detail and grace.

Steph is very good at whatever she does. I would definitely recommend her for whatever you need. She did a great job on my eyebrows.
