Friendly and professional. Shame the Salon doesn’t have a receptionist as I was running late due to roadworks by the salon phoned multiple times but no answer and the phone didn’t even divert to another salon!!

I had semi permanent make up applied to both my top and bottom lash line. Laura talked me through each step and regularly checked in with me whilst performing the treatment. She was thorough and professional and in really pleased with the results.

First time having semi permanent make up on top lash line. Laura explained it really well and made the experience relaxing. Not painful at all. Would recommend. Results are really good.
