I love the staff but so far I have never booked an appointment that has not been canceled. This is the first salon I’ve been to in Abu Dhabi that has canceled my appointment ever. It’s now happened 4 times in a row and is getting to be quiet upsetting especially since I do extensions, I tried booking in advance , my appointment still got canceled, I tried confirming with my credit card it still got canceled. I’m really at a loss on how to get an appointment that you will keep. It’s actually getting to a point where however much I like the salon and the staff that it’s not relaxing

This is by far the best place I tried for hair! Amazing vibe and very friendly staff! Coffee is also really good and their nail art is on point! My new fav spot in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! I tried the hair treatment with Lilly hair technician and she was very professional, gentle, and skilled. I also had the detox massage with Roro technician, and it was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. Both services exceeded my expectations, and the staff made me feel very comfortable. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, attentive, and explained everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. She asked about my concerns and tailored the session perfectly for a beginner like me. Her technique is outstanding firm yet gentle, with the perfect balance of pressure.
