Sheree is a magician. I started getting a hormonal acne, I had a tailored facial and she recommended a few products, within a week my skin had completely changed. I trust her with my face and is now a part of my monthly routine to keep on top of my skin. I can always see the difference when I’ve been and she keeps my skin healthy and happy!

Lovely ‘Awaken’ scrub massage and facial with Laura. Really relaxing and loved all the different temperatures of the warm cloths and cool face mask 🥰 would recommend. Laura was really lovely and made sure I was hydrated and comfortable!

I can honestly say I had the best facial I've ever had! Whilst Botanicals Bakewell is not a spa, I felt and was treated like I had entered one. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome and a drink, it felt very relaxed and just has a lovely feeling to it. I booked the Timeless Rose Age Confidence Facial with Libby who made me feel at ease, we spoke to discuss the treatment but then during the facial Libby let me melt away and just enjoy the experience. As part of the facial I was also treated to an arm and hand massage. I will be back for sure and highly recommend.

Nicola was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. It was like meeting an old friend. I’d not had any “proper” treatments on my face (other than microdermabrasion 10 or so years ago) but I was starting to look and feel like something needed to happen - and after a full explanation of treatments/benefits went with a hydrafacial and microneedling. I didn’t expect any of it to be relaxing - but actually it was! I’m fairly fresh out the salon so can’t rave about the results (yet) but can already feel her magic work. Thank you! I’ll be back!

I’ve been to the spa before and have always had a relaxing experience where I feel I am being taken care of and this was no exception! Sarah was so warm and lovely, I’ve never had a holistic facial before but that felt amazing, and I left leaving good on the outside and inside which was a much needed treat! I have been visiting mode for about 3 years now and love how Nicky does my nails. Recently I’ve also been having micro needling and facial peels at mode, having been to a few different places to have this treatment done in the past I would say the experience at mode had been the best.

I have been coming to Michaela and Carrie for 14 years and have had all sorts of treatments over the years ( waxing, massage , facials, lash extensions, Reflexology etc). I haven’t had one single bad experience. They are always doing all they can to make me feel comfortable and pampered and you can tell that they really care . Sheree is extremely knowledgeable about skin and how best to look after it. She always has the best advice to give shares recommendations of products that actually work!
