I am totally blown away by the exceptional service I received from Kamila for my treatment of power brows. Right from my patch test to treatment day. I was made to feel welcome in this clean calm and relaxing atmosphere. She talked me right through the treatment process, from what she was doing to mapping my brows out and colour. She made sure I was happy by constantly showing me the shape, before she proceeded. Right to the end she took time to talk me through the after care and what to expect until my top up appointment in a few weeks.

I have had an amazing experience during my six sessions with Kamila. I suffer with rosacea for such a long time now. I have tried many medications, face creams in the past - without a success. I came across KD Brow Bureau whilst searching for someone who could help me. I made an initial appointment and what a found that was! Kamila took her time to explain the process of my treatment (chemical peeling). She also recommended face creams I should be using, talked me through my daily routine with my diet (very important) and offered supplements which helped massively. I can not thank her enough🧡

Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

Fantastic ritual. Really loved the facial, massage and the Indian head massage was superb. I wish they offered this treatment as a stand alone as I love a head massage.

Chantelle is so lovely. I’ve been going for a few months now and the treatments are great. Highly recommend and the micro needling is fab!

Chantel was amazing and gentle as ever!! I’m a baby when it comes to my pain threshold and every treatment I’ve had, specifically my brows today, have been painless and I’ve been so comfortable. Chantel is so kind and really takes her time to perfect the look you are hoping for, whilst giving her advice for you get the best look you can. She also lets you look at the the progress throughout to make sure you are happy and want any tweaks to get your desired look. I can’t stay away! 💯 xxxx
