Had the Winter Spa ritual with Holly which consisted of a back, neck and shoulder massage, facial and Indian head massage. Was the best massage I’ve ever had. Holly is friendly and really listens to what you want. I would highly recommend and looking forward to another massage in the New Year.

I normally visit Emily for a 60 minute massage, today I went ultra luxe and added a facial. Wow, elevated an already brilliant experience to a whole new level. Emily seamlessly added a very relaxing and luxurious facial. The facial was so good, and because she's not affiliated to a particular brand she used products from a few different ones. It could have been badged as an aromatherapy facial it was so beautifully scented. So, so good, I floated home. Will definitely be adding this again in the future. Thank you Emily

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the VIP ritual. From the start Elise made the atmosphere calming and made me feel completely at ease. I had the winter spa escape ritual with Holly with a deep tissue massage. From the moment I stepped into the room, I felt myself relax! Holly chatted with me about any general aches and pains and what areas I would like her to focus on.The massage was just what I needed for my back and shoulders and even though I was sore for a couple of days afterwards, I definitely am feeling the benefit of it.
