I had surgery last week and had had to postpone my appointments for a week. Kadie was so helpful on the phone and managed to just lift the 2 appts and put them in the following week even though I know they're very busy. I went yesterday and had my nails redone by Danielle and I was looked after and treated like glass almost by them all as I'm still in pain. Unfortunately Sam was ill so Lou stepped in did my facial and I walked out feeling like a new woman. I cannot recommend these ladies enough, they are all so considerate and very good at what they do. Cannot recommend Jo and the mama to be ritual enough. Jo was great when I had questions before the treatment, and took time at the start of the session to explain what she was going to do and what products she was going to use. The facial was amazing and the smells were fantastic! The top to toe massage was brilliant, the whole ritual was otherworldly! Cannot wait to return postpartum for some pampering - thank you Jo!
