As always loved my appointments with alex, Reiki was a new experience for me, but something I've always wanted to try, and glad my first experience was with alex, I loved it, really relaxing, she explained everything before hand, which she always does! The music and also singing was a great touch, I definitely recommend and finishing with a full facial was a great plan that I'll def do again next time too xxx

Alyson's room is wonderful; calm and welcoming, as is she. I booked in for the Zone Lift Facial which was amazing. Once I was settled on the couch, I experienced the most amazing treatment. Cleanse, exfoliation, cleansing sage, crystals, gua-sha, hands on, ending with a mask (and foot reflexology whilst the mask was working its magic) It was just what the doctor ordered and I am now saving my pennies so I can experience one of her Goddess rituals. Thoroughly recommend

I was so excited for my Japanese head spa! Colbie was amazing, I felt truly pampered and relaxed. She went through everything with me first and then continued with the treatment, the facial was also perfect! And then finished with a coffee and beautiful blow dry by Tilly. Katie definitely gives the best facials. She doesn’t just put the products on but gives a lovely facial massage at the same time. Whilst the face pack dries Katie gives a relaxing neck and shoulder massage too. All while being g snuggled in the heated bed. Could not recommend her more highly.

This was my first visit to The Recovery Well and it was beautiful. I had an aromatherapy facial, which was fantastic. Everything about it was very professional and the treatment room was so relaxing I could have stayed there for a couple more hours! I rebooked for my next appointment on my way out. Looking forward to it already. 😊

Colbie did another excellent job on my nails and I love the new sparkly builder gel. The facial was so relaxing and my skin was glowing after. Cobie is a very professional beautition she explains everything to me and always makes me feel at ease and valued as her customer.

I asked Dionne for her recommendation for a firming facial. Was very impressed. Can’t wait for my next one!
