Alyson's room is wonderful; calm and welcoming, as is she. I booked in for the Zone Lift Facial which was amazing. Once I was settled on the couch, I experienced the most amazing treatment. Cleanse, exfoliation, cleansing sage, crystals, gua-sha, hands on, ending with a mask (and foot reflexology whilst the mask was working its magic) It was just what the doctor ordered and I am now saving my pennies so I can experience one of her Goddess rituals. Thoroughly recommend

Katie definitely gives the best facials. She doesn’t just put the products on she massages them in relaxing all your facial muscles at the same time. She also gives you a lovely neck and shoulder massage while the products are working. Her scalp massages are fantastic too. I would highly recommend you get yourself booked in

My 2 besties n I had a hour in the jacuzzi, steam n sauna room which was an added bonus finding out we had it to ourselves so was a lovely time talking without worrying about other people. Then we each had a treatment, I had the Lava shells n it was amazing too we all came away from our different treatments relaxed which was helped by the kind n friendly staff Amy n Sarah. My husband n I stay at the Yarrow hotel a few times a year as one of my besties lives down in Broadstairs and as it was my 1st time in the spa area it definitely won’t be my last xx

I have just had the most amazing facial with Chloé! I left feeling revitalised and relaxed with glowing smooth skin and felt more grounded and cantered! Chloé has a beautiful calming energy about her and takes such care in making sure that your treatment is fit to you and your individual needs! Today was the second facial I've had with Lucy. She is attentive and checks for comfort needs before commencing the treatment. I was made to feel so relaxed throughout. I would highly recommend.

Great experience with Alyson. Very relaxing and spiritual. Facial reflexology definitely helped my sinus pains and skin feels much better. I struggle to fully relax on treatments but Alyson managed to put me into right mode with her gentle moves. Foot reflexology big pleasure.Definitely will go again and recommend her place to my friends. Good idea for Christmas and birthday presents for myself and others.

Katies is very welcoming and cares a great deal that your treatment will be something memorable. Her facials are beyond anything I have ever experienced, on another level. From the first minute you arrive, to lying down on a warm comfy bed, to the extremely ambient surroundings with a beautiful ever changing subtle twinkling ceiling, this is a treatment that won’t be forgotten. Using a combination of gentle caressing of the skin to invigorating massage, manipulating every facial muscle all with different creams and oils and all smelling divine .
