I love the new posh treatment room. It's always a relaxing experience and Katie Anna always explains the processes. Her knowledge and skills are outstanding. I can't wait to visit again for my facial next month.

The best of the best ❤️ my skin feels and looks amazing, I was also able to purchase the correct skin care for my needs from Debbie, so I can carry on my skin routine between facials, which is really important to me so I don’t reduce the work she has done at my appointment. My skin feels so supple and soft, the drainage Debbie did on my face was incredible and it’s extremely reduced my dark circles, which is one of my main concerns as well as breakouts around my chin. Both have improved and I can’t wait for my next bespoke facial with Debbie! 🥰

Amazing lifting facial, highly recommended for results driven facials. My skin felt and looked radiant and lifted for days after, even had friends comment on how good my skin looked! Was really pleased and have booked again!

I recently had a hydro facial. My skin felt instantly cleaner, smoother, and incredibly hydrated right after the treatment. The whole process was relaxing. What I really loved was how gentle yet effective the facial was—no irritation, just a healthy glow.

My mum had another facial today with Jess (her third) and also had her eyebrows and lashes tinted. She and I are delighted with the result, and mum really enjoys the personal attention she received from Jess. Highly recommend x

My second visit to Jess, another relaxing and rejuvenating facial and head massage. Lovely cool surroundings in this hot weather, with mood music and lighting. Jess is professional and caring, as well as being easy to talk with and interested in her clients. I’ll be back!

Had massage and hydro facial. Totally professional and I was comfortable at all times, lovely warm cosy room. Came out feeling relaxed and refreshed - will be visiting again soon.
