First visit but definitely not my last. Tranquil surroundings and Lucy was so welcoming I felt relaxed immediately. Great facial and Lucy was happy to tailor everything to my needs.

This was my first facial for YEARS and my first visit to Shell. The whole experience was amazing. Shell took time to talk through where I am with my wellness journey and what I want to achieve. The facial itself was fantastic. I left feeling relaxed, uplifted and glowing. Shell is a very gifted facialist and I can't wait to return!

I visited for the first time today and I was so pleased with my experience from start to finish, I didn’t want to leave ! I was looked after so well and my treatments were fantastic, the girls were professional, friendly and kind. I particularly enjoyed my facial and lash lift. The attention to detail was impressive. Amazing Galvanic Facial by Megan. Such a relaxing facial but what a difference already in lifting and tightening. This will continue to improve over the next couple of days as well. I definitely recommend having one.

I visited lucy today for a hot stone massage and a facial, having not had either treatments for years i was really looking forward to it. Well i was blown away! I can find it hard to relax but lucy was so lovely, calm and professional. The hot stone massage was just amazing. So much more in depth than i imagined and i could really feel the benefits of the stones even before the end of the treatment. The facial again was perfect, i havnt really enjoyed facials before but i found this really made me relax properly! Thabk you so much!!
