I had a lovely experience today, having the Mother’s Day serenity package with Francesca. She was so lovely and kind, checking in lots that everything was okay. She explained everything so well and made me feel at ease the minute I walked in. Honestly the best full body massage and facial I’ve ever had. Such a good package too for the price and what’s included! 🥰

I'm not used to being pampered but Isabelle and Fran made my sister in law and myself most welcome and very much at ease. The treatments were superb, especially the ultra facial that we both thoroughly enjoyed. Top quality products were used and the service was extremely professional whilst still being friendly and thoughtful.
