First was the lovely pedicure with gel nails then the facial , Wow wow wow , what can I say, I’ve had many a facial in my 53 yrs in many a different places all over the uk and abroad and this has to beat hands down the best one yet . It was so relaxing , I came out glowing and so chilled not only that the best products are used . I will certainly be returning for a repeat performance in a few weeks time .

Absolutely incredible facial with Louise Pynen! Louise was incredibly professional and informative, explaining every step of the process and answering all my questions. She clearly has a deep understanding of skincare and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. What truly sets Louise apart is her holistic approach. She took the time to understand my concerns and preferences, and was incredibly flexible in creating a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget. Felt so relaxed and comfortable with Victoria I had the back neck and shoulder massage with express facial, absolutely brilliant. Treatment room also had lovely sensory experience as well, nicely scented while not being overpowering to those with sensitive noses! Lovely warm room (and massage bed!!) and relaxing music! Highly recommend Will be returning soon!
