My first time visiting today, I had a facial and reflexology, what a lovely experience! I felt so welcomed and at ease. It was my first time having reflexology and Kristi was so good at explaining it all to me. Will definitely be booking again!

Came to House of Lashes and Brows for a course of Caci facials. Krystyna was lovely, very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of skincare advice. Photos were taken throughout the course and I could see the positive results from the before and after. The treatment itself was relaxing and I enjoyed the whole experience. I will be going back for other treatments and would recommend House of lashes and brows & Krystyna to anyone considering Caci.

I had an hour long facial treatment which was very relaxing. The room was warm and quiet with gentle musical sounds in the background. The treatment was lovely and all felt unhurried and soothing. I would definitely return for another treatment in the future.

I had a voucher bought as a gift and decided to have a back, neck and shoulder message plus a Radiance Facial. I went with my Mum who had also booked a facial treatment. We were greeted warmly and shown to the treatment rooms. The treatments I had were lovely and extremely relaxing. The room was warm, dimly lit and quiet which added to the relaxation. Mum and I have booked in again for a Christmas pamper. I would recommend Welburn Hall to anyone looking for a quality pampering experience.

Lovely experience with Lucie. Lucie was so welcoming and tentative. The full body massage was exactly what I needed. No more aches and pains in my back or shoulders and the facial was so relaxing with amazing smelling products.
