Amazing experience at Urban Retreat, had a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage and then the Radiance Rejuvenation Facial with Caitlin and it was so good, so relaxing, massage was perfect pressure and my skin is so soft and glowy after my facial, definitely recommend 10/10.

Really enjoyed my ishga facial, great experience. Only downside and more reflection on me than the academy - I’m very stressed at the moment and very wired so was looking for a tranquil atmosphere unfortunately I could hear people in the hair salon so found it hard to totally tune out and fully immerse myself.
