Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had an amazing HydraFacial at Glam Haus Clinic with Merita, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the clinic felt very welcoming, clean, and professional. Merita was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the treatment, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The facial itself was so refreshing and gentle, and my skin immediately felt smoother, deeply cleansed, and super hydrated. Merita’s attention to detail and care really made the whole experience feel luxurious. I highly recommend the Glam Haus to anyone.

Been to the salon before but first haircut with Verity. Very happy with my hair. Every hairdresser here is excellent. They have got to be the best hairdressers in Coventry.

Occasion hair and makeup. Shaheen did my hair and makeup for my nieces wedding event and it was as described in her bio flawless. She took care in listening to how I wanted my makeup doing, (soft glow). Used high quality beauty products which stayed on for the whole evening. This helped as I have very sensitive skin and watery eyes, but this makeup felt natural like I wasn’t wearing anything. My hair stayed in place all night, Shaheen used good quality hair products and again listened ti how I wanted it. I will definitely book her again, this lady knows her stuff and made me feel special

Had a wonderful experience! The facial felt really good and refreshing. Aarthi did an excellent job — the facial massage was especially relaxing. I could really feel the difference in my skin afterward. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Radiant Facial, never experienced a sound bath before, it was lovely relaxing facial, would recommend it to anyone.

I am very much satisfied with the service. Derma facial was good. After the facial I felt the glow in my face. Also I did eyebrows threading which was also good. I will definitely visit next time.

Fantastic Swedish massage and facial. Tee was really knowledgeable and helpful in her approach. I feel truly relaxed! Thank you! Also huge kudos for advice on lymphatic drainage!

A fantastic, extra special Facial! Eva was very welcoming and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She is very skilled and professional,and the extra touches from the luxurious therapy table, to a duvet to lie under, made the experience unique and even better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

One day i had a deep facial and the next day i had full body massage. And omg it felt like heaven. Kulli was honestly amazing. And the other staff in the salon were amazing also. Such lovely and friendly vibes.
