I have been going to True Beauty Studio for a long time. When you find a place that delivers excellence and a lot of creativity then it’s a keeper! I can’t recommend Steph enough. She’s a true artist. I get amazing nail designs when I want fun nails and very smart, professional nail looks when I need to be in London for meetings. Steph is so friendly and the whole experience of having facials, eyebrow tints and waxing is like spending time with your best friend or your sister. True Beauty Studio has been brilliant for me. I feel ready for anything when I leave.

Was recommended to Emma and I wasn’t disappointed. Emma took photos to keep on my file for comparison along the way and every step was explained to me about what she was going to do. Very calming treatment room and felt totally relaxed. Walked out with a glowing face, feeling very refreshed. Emma’s facials will now be part of my ongoing skin treatments.

I had a facial today with Mariya and it was absolutely wonderful. She’s professional and genuinely lovely. The treatment was relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed. If you need a bit of pampering, relaxation, or any kind of massage, I can’t recommend her enough.

I purchased a Teen Facial for my daughter’s birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. My daughter found Lacey’s advice about a skincare routine really helpful – especially the reassurance that she doesn’t need harsh products or a 20-step skincare regime like the ones all over social media. She found the facial incredibly relaxing and felt completely comfortable throughout. It was such a positive introduction to proper skincare in a calm, age-appropriate way. I would highly recommend Lacey at cloud9 any teen who is looking to be introduced to skincare and facials properly & confidently. Xx

I had a HydraFacial with Glow with Jenna and it was incredible from start to finish. Jenna was so professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself left my skin glowing, hydrated, and noticeably smoother I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror afterward! She explained every step of the process and tailored the facial perfectly to my skin’s needs. I’ve had facials before, but this was on another level. I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

This was, unfortunately, not a good experience. I was waiting for my appointment for a gel manicure for 20 minutes with no apology, and the nail technician chopped and snipped my cuticles so savagely that she left several of my fingers bleeding. She did not put any antiseptic on or even apologise, even though I was visibly flinching and in pain, but just gave a quick pat with a dry tissue. I have had to go home and put antiseptic cream on my nails in the hole they do not get infected. I wish I'd ended the treatment there and I hope they learn to be more gentle with people's nails in future
