I saw Nikki for a dermalogica facial . I lost count of all the different stages that she went through as I ended up being so relaxed. Cleansing, toning, scrubs, masks (including an amazing heated eye mask) moisturising. Not to forget the neck, shoulder, hand and arms being massaged as well. From start to finish, I was so relaxed, I'm amazed I didn't completely fall asleep tho I almost did! This experience is worth every single penny - Nikki is a total credit to the beauty industry and I would 100% recommend her to anyone wanting a good experience

Excellent..made me feel so comfortable, but most of all the facial was excellent

As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I had a luxury facial today and my skin felt amazing after it. The whole experience was relaxing and would definitely recommend.

Had a hydrating facial bought as a gift. It was amazing! Included facial steam and massage. As well as a neck, shoulder and head massage. Very smiley and attentive staff, made for a great experience.

I had the lavender experience from Nikki today it was a true spa experience. Nikki’s years of knowledge in the spa industry really showed in my stunning back massage tailored to how I like it and an extremely hydrating facial through massage was relaxing and felt like every line on my face was being smoothed out 🤩 the smells of lavender coming through all the time is the ultimate relaxation. Highly recommend this true pamper experience xxx

The host was lovely, the facial was relaxing and my skin looked radiant after. Highly recommend . I took my 78 year old mother in law too and she equally enjoyed the experience.

Went to see Monicha again for my skin blemish removal follow up and for a facial, as always, a wonderful, calm and relaxing experience. Hannah is a skin magician 🪄 i have just completed a custom microdermabrasion facial course with microneedling to prep for my wedding & my skin has never felt and looked better. You’re relaxed the second you walk in & Hannah makes sure the facials are always targeted to your individual needs. I even had a skin tag removal and dermaplaning whilst I went through my course & everything has given me amazing results. Aftercare has always been given in great detail & Hannah’s advice on skincare has meant I can maintain my skin at home too. For any of your skin needs/concerns, Hannah is your woman!❤️
