I had a Derma plane Facial with a CryoGlobe Face Massage and Ultrasonic Extraction adds on. The lady at reception was really helpful and professional in dealing with me, she got me a glass of water and was chatty and welcoming. My therapist Claire was fantastic! She made me very comfortable, her technique and delivery was prefect. She was informative and professional. My skin is glowing and feels clear and revived. I would definitely return for a treatment from Claire!

This was one of the best facial I have ever had Katrina was amazing her attention to detail and how she made me feel and was incredible I would highly recommend this facial my skin looks amazing I didn’t want to wear any make after the intense massaging on my face well with every penny I will rebooking again highly recommend Katerina Thankyou for making my face look amazing truly amazing treatment

Really friendly salon, had biab nails with gel colour, this was my first visit and will definitely return. A little gem in Berkhamsted .

Wonderful, amazing place, great staff and top treatments, best lashes and nails I’ve had in berkhamsted.

Had a collagen facial today by Madison. She explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I am now home and l look forward to another treatment at the studio there. Thank you.

First time at Koha and had a great experience. Tracy did my facial and my skin has never felt better. Claire did my laser patch test and made me feel so comfortable as I was really nervous. Both were lovely and very knowledgable! I’ll definitely be back.
