From the moment I stepped foot in the door Kay was so welcoming and friendly. The facial was such an immersive experience from the smells and the relaxing music playing creativity the most relaxing environment. It really is all about the little touches she adds. Theeeeee most amazing facial! Never felt this relaxed in a long time! The massage, the facial & face masks have left my usually dry & sometimes can be quite sore skin feeling unreal! Cosy vibes, soothing spa music & the cosiest blanket ever!! Will 100% be booking regular facials as my skin feels unreal and that was the best nap I’ve ever had after that facial!!
