Came for 1st appt for Genesis facial. Sophia was so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She explained fully the process & checked throughout the appointment that the laser wasn’t too hot. She also advised me on suggested facial regime and a Facebook page to follow for advice

My second visit to The glow room today, and had the most beautiful facial, massage & oracle card reading. It really is one of the only times my brain doesn’t wonder onto other things, there is no better feeling. The room is in such a calming setting & I just adore all the incense & sprays Lucy uses to cleanse myself & the room! 100% recommend & I will be rebooking soon🤍 x

After a tough time, I finally booked myself in with Lucy for the wonderlift facial massage to treat myself, Lucy was supportive from the very beginning of our communication, helping me to choose which treatment would be best & providing some much appreciated comforting words! The treatment itself was the best I’ve EVER had, during the session not a single negative thought crossed my mind as I was completely immersed in relaxation. Lucy added little touches to the treatment, as I’d previously mentioned my love for crystals & spiritual healing, these were utter bliss! I cannot recommend enough!

Lucy gave me a super relaxing facial today. I started my laser hair removal journey a little over a year ago. As someone who suffers with PCOS, my facial hair was affecting my mental health. I was so paranoid people were looking at it when talking to me. A year on I feel like a new person. This has honestly changed my life (aware that sounds shallow and dramatic) but i could not be happier with the results. Everyone at HA laser was so professional and kind.
