I had a great experience at the spa. My facial was performed by a knowledgeable and skilled esthetician who took the time to understand my skin's needs and explain each step of the treatment. She did a fantastic job, and the results were amazing. My skin feels healthier, smoother, and refreshed. Shayla was an excellent aesthetician. Very skilled and a great conversationalist. On my first visit Rachel was the same very friendly and skilled. I believe all three women will do their very best for all their clients. Will definitely return for another visit. I had such a lovely, facial experience today. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The spa is beautifully clean with soft restful colours and soothing music playing quietly in the background, gentle piano made it easy to completely relax. My esthetician was professional and kind. She explained each step which I appreciated. The warm steam, the products and the red light therapy all felt wonderful. When I mentioned I was chilly she immediately.made me feel cosy & warm. It was such a peaceful & restorative experience. I left feeling refreshed and pampered.
