Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

I get botox, microneeding on my brows and have gotten many of their facials on the regular! All of their services are amazing and everytime I see results! I have been coming here for 3 years so far. My skin has never been better in my life. Elva and her expertise has made such a difference for me! I highly recommend this place for ALL of your beauty and skin care needs! Her team is highly trained and all of the girls are lovely! They also offer many other services like mani pedi, lashes and laser therapy!

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Thank you Jaclynn!

Great facial treatment by Ate Vera and iv drip by Ate Janice. I was nervous in both as needles are involved but they were all supportive and making a lot of distraction for my pain. 😆 No pain, No gain! 😅 Thank you to Ate Lai for the yellow squishy ball. 😊 There was a lot of laughter and encouraging in the mix with all three wonderful ladies of KiLai. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended to all who wants to feel their best, may it be your health or your skin, KiLai have the solution for it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Best Barbers in Hamilton! I've been getting my hair cut at Monaco Cuts by Allen and sometimes his brother Bader, and I can confidently say these guys are the real deal. Super friendly, down-to-earth, and absolute pros with the clippers. Allen always takes his time to make sure the cut is perfect, and the attention to detail is top-notch. The vibe in the shop is always welcoming and relaxed — you feel like you're hanging out with friends. It was my first time here and it was an absolutely beautiful experience. Very relaxing dermaplaning facial which includes a hand and foot massage that was lovely. Atah was easy to chat with and has a lovely personality. Her space is clean, warm and inviting. Enjoyed it so much I've rebooked another service next week.
