The service I opted for was the 'Hydrating & Pore Cleansing' treatment, a choice I am now incredibly grateful for. One of the most impressive aspects of the session was how Jane took the time to explain each step of the process. Her detailed description of the purpose and benefits of the different products used was not only informative but also indicative of her deep knowledge and passion for skin care.

Karen is very knowledgeable, kind and caring! She always ensures she educates me on why we are doing certain procedures/ facials/ treatments and really cares about getting my skin better! So lovely and relaxing! Got the signature scalp renewal experience for an hour which included the hair wash, facial, neck and shoulder massage - lots of essential oils were used and other small details such as the brief neck wash which made the experience that much more relaxing and scented 💕 Since my first time at this place landed in winter, it did get a little chilly on the bed. Nonetheless the space is cozy and relaxing. Great value and would come again 🌺

I’m an oily girl suffering at the moment with hormonal acne. I’ve never been to a facial where the person actually takes the time to sit and understand the conditions of your skin but also is willing to help heal everything! I can’t say enough good things about my facial and laser treatment at SM Beauty! The atmosphere was so relaxing, and Saraa was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Jane is highly professional and detailed with her services. She is knowledgeable and won't recommend something for you if she didn't genuinely think it would benefit you. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and integrity in the beauty space so I would highly recommend her to anyone. I had my first facial here and it was a wonderful experience! I wasn’t sure what to get, but after chatting with Kristy and assessing my skin, she recommended a peel. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was very hygienic. I left feeling refreshed and my skin looks great. Highly recommend!
