I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

ACL Cosmetic Clinic is an exceptional gem that I highly recommend. As a returning client, I recently had a CoolPeel treatment with Amy. Her kindness, thoroughness, and passion were evident throughout the session. She went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The professional yet friendly staff treats me like a valued client, even though my once-a-year visit in Sydney usually only allows me one treatment each time. I have been coming to chatswood Refine Health & Skin Clinic for a while now for facial & Indiba treatments . The experience I just had with Angel is amazing. She is professional & knowledgeable. Angel also did a really great job making me feel comfortable and looked after. She also kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok and most comfort. She’s definitely one of the best ones I’ve had work on me. Would highly recommend !

Christine is so lovely and has done a wonderful job looking after my skin! I had the Hydrodermabrasion Facial followed up by the Oxygen mask and my skin left feeling so soft and smooth. Christine knows what she's doing when it comes to looking after acne prone and congested skin, and I highly recommend her!
