Caitlin is also super knowledgable in skin care! She had taught me so much about how to care for my skin and her facials are so relaxing. I had the most amazing refresh package! Bow gave the best facial I've ever had with the most relaxing strokes across my face. The full body exfoliation was incredible, very clean shower facilities for after. Another lovely experience by the team at Urban! Thank you

Jess does a great job at eyebrows- I regularly get either the eyebrow tint, or stain, depending on how dark I feel like having them that month. I'm pretty fussy, having dark eyebrows. I also just tried out a facial- Jess has the most relaxing hand movements for any facial I've had. I almost fell asleep twice. If you want somewhere to get a regular facial you wont find anywhere more affordable. The studio is easy to find, park at, decorated nicely, warm in the colder months. It's also easy to book online, with early and evening slots available- my work is erratic so I find this important.

One of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. The lighting and room temp were perfect and the massage, facial and scalp massage were amazing. I dozed off a number of times I was so relaxed. I booked for 5.30-7.30pm so when I finished I could go home have something to eat, have a shower and go to bed. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Woke up in the morning with glowing, bouncy, hydrated skin. Do this for yourself, or for someone you really, really like. They will love you for it.

My partner and i had the best experience at urban retreat. We had a 3 and a half hour package with sauna, scrub, massage, facial and head massage. It was absolutely heavenly. The staff were extremely professional and attentive and the spa was immaculate. We cant wait to come back.
