Had a facial this evening with Gill—absolutely beautiful and relaxing. My 6:30 pm appointment was perfect, and the treatment was just what I needed. I feel incredibly relaxed now! This isn't my first visit, and I’ve had many treatments with Gill before. Each time, she delivers exceptional care, and I’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

I always have an amazing experience with Kate. I had an express facial and face massage, and she really takes her time and puts care into her facials. I will always come back, I have noticed such a difference in my skin since I have started seeing Kate in April, and using her Circadia products. Can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Jill is amazing: I just had reflexology and a targeted facial, both divine. I also have mani-pedi, massages etc..with Jill, and they are all the best. Jill is also the kindest, most considerate person you’ll meet - I highly recommend her. Love the hairdressing team too, I would not go anywhere else now!

Kayleigh was excellent, she offered advice on my skin care routine and made me feel really relaxed during my facial. I’ll definitely be going back.

Had the perfect facial at Refined Radiance today. The room was warm and welcoming. I received a consultation so the facial could be adapted to my needs and concerns. Every part of the treatment was explained in detail and the pressure of massage was perfect. I didn’t want it to end! Felt glowing and relaxed afterwards. I can’t wait to go back. Kate was amazing. I can't recommend her enough. I had a wonderful & very relaxing full body massage. Just what I needed. As well as a microdermabrasion facial. Excellent techniques used. Overall a very pleasurable experience. I will be back again for sure.
