I had a facial and eyebrow threading with Kay on Friday evening - the time worked really well for me and it was easy to park right outside which took the stress out of things for me. The facial was fab; she really gave my face a good cleansing and it definitely needed it! My eyebrows also look so much better after the threading, I’m really pleased. It was relaxing in the room and nice to chat with Kay through my treatments. Booked in for a wax pre-C-section in March, which Kay was really accommodating about arranging. Would recommend!

I can’t recommend Lauren enough! She’s incredibly meticulous and makes sure every lash is perfect. Not only does she have an amazing eye for detail, but she’s also warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, which makes every appointment so enjoyable. Her beauty room is just as impressive—clean, inviting, and full of calming energy. It’s the perfect space to unwind and feel pampered during each visit. I absolutely love this place! Always leave feeling incredible. I’ve had both Thai and deep tissue massages (pressure as hard as you like). Today I treated myself to a combined massage and facial which was complete luxury and just what I needed after a busy, stressful week. 100% recommend.

Second time I’ve visited Lauren for a hydro facial and I would highly recommend. Lovely warm, welcoming environment, Lauren is always friendly and easy to talk to making you feel at ease and relaxed. The facial is amazing and always love the added bonus of head, neck and shoulder massage!! I leave feeling refreshed and planning when I can book another visit!!
