Hi, for some reason I cud not make a payment on my debit card this morning for my lumi facial, even though funds were available. We tried doing the payment through my saved card details on your system but it was buffering so we didn’t know if it went through. We decided to wait until tomorrow to see if the payment went through. I also used £40 gift voucher Bianca gave me for my birthday so the payment amount today was £105.00. I have just checked my bank and £180 has been paid to ‘love my skin’ Can you please look into this xx thanks Kath

Fab nails as always Facials are amazing

Hannah has been doing my nails for a few months now so I booked in for a pamper facial as I’m getting married next month. It was divine! Super relaxing. It was so good I’ve booked in again. Hannah is amazing xx

Had a facial,which was so relaxing 😌 would highly recommend going there for any beauty treatments. Just don't be put off with the building. Also they have a fantastic hair salon. Prices are all reasonable. Fantastic staff all very friendly and helpful 👍
