The was my first time visiting Gigi skin lab. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable and relaxed during my facial. I would 100% recommend and will be visiting again 😊

I came to see Gigi for a skin consultation and was a little nervous at first but I am so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt rushed or pressured. The consultation was really thorough and I learned so much about my skin and what treatments would work best for me. I left feeling confident, reassured and excited to start my skin journey. Highly recommend to anyone considering a treatment but feeling unsure — you’ll be made to feel so comfortable here with no pressure to proceed.
